Mireya Lizarazo-Burr serves as Head of Operations for Fulcrum’s transactions trading desk and has over 20 years of paralegal and compliance experience. Her knowledge covers an extensive range of real estate, corporate, mergers and acquisitions, litigations, insolvencies, and distressed debt. She has worked at diverse companies including Highland Capital Management, SBA Communications, McKinsey & Company, and Brown Rudnick LLP. Mireya is originally from Garden City, New York and holds a BA from the University of Arizona. In her free time, you can find her painting and perusing art museums with her two young children.
