Rutchel serves as an Administrative Assistant at Fulcrum’s Dubai office. Prior to joining Fulcrum, Rutchel has served as a Personal/ Executive assistant and Avionics specialist for a flight school founder, providing support in the development of exceptional young pilots for the Philippine flag carrier, Philippine Airlines. She later transitioned to a Properties/ Facilities Administrator role where she assisted global companies with their property needs for 9 years, managing the intricate details that keep businesses running smoothly.

Rutchel holds a diploma in Aviation Engineering. In her free time, Rutchel engages in research and evaluation projects as a hobby, where she conducts assessments, determines opportunities for improvement, and implements strategies to enhance business operations across various industries, including banks, mortgage facilities, properties, 5-star hotels, fine dining restaurants, high end retails, food chains, insurance companies, and courts, etc

Based from the Austin office, Amelia Harris serves as Head of Operations for Fulcrum’s trading desk. She has 10 years of paralegal experience with knowledge in the areas of settlement negotiations, litigation, contract law, and personal injury. She played clarinet throughout college and obtained her bachelor’s degree in journalism, with a minor in English, in 2011, then went on to report for a mid-sized newspaper for several years before entering the legal field in 2013. In 2018, Amelia and her husband moved from Arkansas to Austin, where they now reside with their two toddler girls and two seventy-pound dogs. Amelia enjoys spending free time with her family.

Mrs. Zawel serves as Trade Desk Attorney at Fulcrum. Prior to joining Fulcrum, Mrs. Zawel worked in the legal department at ArcLight Capital Partners, a Boston-based private equity company focused on the energy sector. Mrs. Zawel earned her JD and MBA (Leadership) from Pepperdine University and her BBA (Marketing) from the McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas. Mrs. Zawel is a member in good standing of the Texas Bar.

Ms. Rosenzweig joined Fulcrum Capital in 2018. Her role as Marketing Director focuses on overseeing and managing all company marketing initiatives, planning the execution of highly targeted email marketing campaigns and increasing overall brand awareness. Prior to joining Fulcrum Capital, Ms. Rosenzweig was the Marketing Director for Far West Capital in Austin, Texas. Before her move to Austin, Jennifer lived in Houston, Texas serving as the Marketing Director at the Houston Zoo. She attended the University of Hartford with a B.A. in Communications.

When not busy marketing Fulcrum Capital, Jennifer spends her time with her teenage twin girls in Austin, Texas.

Annie Wang – 王溪蔚

As a dedicated and detail-oriented accounting manager, Mrs. Wang has been managing the accounting function of Fulcrum Capital for 6 years. She monitors multiple financial procedures and ensured implementation of federal and state regulations. Mrs. Wang earned her MS in Accounting degree from the Cox School of Business at Southern Methodist University and has passed all four sections of the CPA exam.

Mr. Dresslar joined Fulcrum in 2020 as Associate General Counsel. Prior to joining Fulcrum, Mr. Dresslar was an attorney at a leading law firm in Austin, Texas and, before that, at an international law firm in Dallas, Texas, where his practice focused on complex commercial disputes, risk assessment, and compliance matters. Mr. Dresslar earned both his J.D. and B.S. (Communications) from the University of Texas. Mr. Dresslar is a member in good standing of the Texas bar.

Timothy C. Bennett is an attorney with over twenty years of experience in sophisticated international corporate, finance, and bankruptcy related transactions.  He joined Fulcrum Capital as general counsel in 2017. Presently, Mr. Bennett manages the day to day transactional, litigation, and regulatory/compliance affairs for Fulcrum globally and serves as the risk manager for Fulcrum’s investment committee. Before Fulcrum, Mr. Bennett was senior counsel at Seyfarth Shaw and the leader of that firm’s Global Distressed, Illiquid, and Special Situations Trading group.  Prior to that role, he was an associate in the banking and finance group in the New York office of Clifford Chance. Mr. Bennett has recent significant experience in transactions involving, among other areas, distressed loans, bankruptcy claims, litigation finance, receivables factoring, sovereign debt and cryptocurrency. Mr. Bennett received his JD and MBA (Finance) from Seton Hall University and his BA (History) from the College of the Holy Cross. Mr. Bennett is presently admitted to practice law in the State of New York and Commonwealth of Massachusetts. He resides in Andover, MA, with his wife, three children, and beagle, where he is a youth hockey coach, president of the Andover Hockey Association, and a religious education teacher at St. Augustine’s Church.
